Prior to founding NurseShifts, in Atlanta, GA and sister company, StaffHealth, Will Goldstein led various other medical staffing firms. He served as CEO of PhysicianJobs.com.In 1992, Will formed Nationwide Medical Services in Norfolk, VA. This agency would quickly grow faster than any of its competitors in the medical staffing industry. Nationwide’s earnings rose in excess of 300% annually in each of its first six years of operations. This growth permitted Nationwide to open additional offices in key locations. Nationwide merged with the firm Jackson & Coker, in 1997, to become J&C Nationwide, the most well known brand in the industry. William Goldstein remained CEO, until he sold it in 2004. During that time, J&C Nationwide would build one of the largest client bases in the industry, having dealt with over forty thousand customers.
Then subject to a five year non compete clause, he would enter a new industry with RCG Companies, the publicly traded company that would subsequently become OneTravel Holdings OneTravel Holdings would become one of the leading leisure tour and travel operators in the United States, with brands such as SunTrips and 1800CHEAPSEATS.
Mr. Goldstein graduated from Old Dominion University with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration. He is an entrepreneur who is responsible for the development of many companies.Will Goldstein began his remarkable career as an entrepreneur in 1987when he acquired a local locksmith and security company with one location in Norfolk, Virginia. He grew that business to four locations and more than 20 mobile units, before he sold the company, in 1992. Ever since, he’s been involved in healthcare staffing and technology companies.
